1. Service Description / 服务说明

Lobster (龙虾笔记) is a markdown hosting platform that allows users to publish and share beautifully formatted documents via a CLI tool or web interface.

龙虾笔记是一个 Markdown 托管平台，用户可以通过命令行工具或网页界面发布和分享排版精美的文档。

2. User Responsibilities / 用户责任

You are responsible for all content you publish. You must have the right to publish any content you upload. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt its operation.

您对发布的所有内容负责。您必须拥有上传内容的发布权利。您同意不会滥用服务或试图破坏其运行。

3. Prohibited Content / 禁止内容

The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and possible account termination:

  NSFW / Adult content — Pornography, sexually explicit material, or any adult content.

  Illegal content — Content that violates applicable laws, promotes illegal activities, or facilitates fraud.

  Hate speech — Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.

  Malware / Phishing — Content designed to distribute malware, phishing pages, or other security threats.
  用于传播恶意软件、钓鱼页面或其他安全威胁的内容。

  Copyright infringement — Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Account Termination / 账户终止

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Content found in violation will be removed immediately.

我们保留自行决定暂停或终止违反本条款的账户的权利，恕不另行通知。违规内容将被立即删除。

5. Data Handling / 数据处理

Your documents and account data are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer / 免责声明

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

7. Changes / 条款变更

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
